NowCompare.es displays publicly available and factual information which is collated and aggregated by NowCompare Ltd, an international market comparison and aggregation provider. NowCompare Ltd is not based within Germany, or any EU Member State, and does not in any format provide regulated insurance activity for the benefit of CGL Alliance GmbH.  

NowCompare.es is a trading name of CGL Alliance GmbH and is not a subsidiary of NowCompare Ltd.  Any regulated activity which is conducted under the Insurance Distribution Directive shall be exclusively conducted by CGL Alliance GmbH.  NowCompare and NowCompare.es may be used interchangeably on occasion and for administrative purposes.  Reference to NowCompare may on occasion refer to NowCompare.es or to NowCompare Ltd.  Where this is the case, it will be clear to any prospective client which entity is referred to, and where any regulated activity is undertaken.

NowCompare.es will use your information to provide a quote, so it is important that all information is accurate to ensure the correct quote, otherwise if you don’t disclose all relevant fact this could invalidate your cover. Failure to alert the insurance company of any errors could invalidate your policy. NowCompare.es does not accept any responsibility for checking information, or for any errors or omissions and information you fail to disclose information to NowCompare.es or the insurance company, resulting in invalidation or non-payment of any claims. If you are unsure whether you need to provide additional information not requested by NowCompare.es or you feel that there is an error in the policy information displayed on the insurers website, you should contact the insurer directly before accepting the quote.

All proposals provided by NowCompare.es are prepared for illustrative purposes only. NowCompare.es shall not be responsible for the accuracy of any details provided by the client.  Any market comparison provided to you, and any proposal thereunder shall only be valid on the day that it is created, and NowCompare.es shall accept no responsibility for any change, increase, or fluctuation in the pricing or terms and conditions of any insurance policy displayed within this proposal.  

Any insurance contract will be held between the client and the insurance company. Quotations are subject to change without prior notice in line with the requirements of insurance providers.

The operations of NowCompare.es are completely transparent and we aim to provide the highest standards of service. However, on the rare occasion that we could improve our service, we would like to hear from you. If you have a complaint about a specific insurance provider, we will forward your complaint and pass on your contact details to the insurer so that they can contact you directly.

NowCompare.es is not liable for any losses or damages incurred as a result of the information provided and shall not be responsible for the efficacy or validity of any information provided by NowCompare.es or any third party.  All information should be verified and validated directly with the insurance company.  Any disputes relating to any insurance coverage shall be exclusively dealt with between the insurance company and you. NowCompare.es shall bear no responsibility for any liability which is directly or indirectly related to such dispute.

We are not responsible for any losses suffered due to information provided correctly to NowCompare.es which does not appear on the insurers system due system error, any losses due to being NowCompare.es being inaccessible at any time, any losses suffered via third party websites as NowCompare.es cannot guarantee that third party websites are virus free or secure, any losses suffered due to a virus or attack or other harmful online activity that may damage your computer or data, caused by NowCompare.es downloading malicious material posted on the site or if you click links to external suppliers on our site, or any unauthorised access to your personal information from our website resulting in loss or damage.
